2 March, 2008: So I'm trying to clean the place up a bit and get a sort of restart going. I absolutely REFUSE to let this place fade into the dust this time. A reminder also to players that this is an RPG for intermediate roleplayers and up. Nevertheless, I intend to do an excellent job getting this place started up again. AND REMEMBER! I will be looking for moderators within the next couple of days, so to those of you who prove yourselves active and dedicated, you may have a shiney ol' badge waiting for you! So folks, the bottom line is, JOIN! And don't forget to tell your friends ;)

Fronia -Wild Horse RPG- « Result #1 on Jan 24, 2009, 1:43pm »
Fronia
Fronia. Once a great place to grow, live, and die. Horses free to do whatever they wish! But now? Heh. You've got to be kidding right? Fronia. The place noother is like it. Only because...this is HELL. It's hard to survive. Predators are feeding off of the foals and off of the elderly. And these aren't your typical predators, no. Fierce ones. Some larger than the horses themselves. But the horses can also call upon the God's for help! Yes, the Gods of the Elements. Fire, Earth, Water, and Wind. Many herds are fortunate to be visited by the Gods. Some not.
Not only are their predators on Fronia, but natural disasters have been occuring lately. Fires, tornados, earthquakes, floods. Noone knows why these things are occuring, but it is and most horses have grown anxious. To leave Fronia. But they can't no. They can't. Fronia is a planet you see? And leaving is only part of the unthinkable.
But what more to add to the tension? Herds are fighting. Stallions wanting more mares. More foals to produce. Mares trying hard to get away, some just giving up and dying. But now? No, its all about the Alliance baby! Especially the Darks. They tend to be the main Alliance of Fronia and they think they are the top dogs. The best. The most purely-lined. Lights have pretty much diminished and Neutrals are barely around anymore.
There was a Dark leader named Fajer. A Black Arabian stud. He claimed to be the main Dark ruler around Fronia. The best. The purely lined. That was until Pordor showed up. A big, tall, strong, and handsome Friesian stallion. And experieced at that! Pordor is pretty much convinced he's the Ruler of the Darks. A True Dark. The best. Ever. Tension has never been this great and both leaders know that there will be a battle between them. The winner gets the true calling of the Ruler of the Darks. The loser, gets to live with shame forever. But it's not just Pordor and Fajer. There are other studs out there who want the title as well, but will they step it up? Do they have it what it takes?
So as you can see...Fronia pretty much is Hell. A living nightmare. But what will be the outcome of all this? Who will be the Ruler of the Darks? What horses will live? What horses will die? What herds will perish while others live in glamor? Who knows. But only you can truely write Fronia's future.
In the beginning before beginnings of Evenlla, there was only darkness. Within that darkness was chaos; pure, utter, chaos. Today chaos never sleeps as he calls upon his demon alliance to purge the world of all good and construct the bridge of destruction. With a breath of hope, a prophecy is uncovered, foretelling of seven powerful guardians, each bestowed the essence of one element, to form a most powerful alliance. Doubt surges high, for what seers believe to be the chosen ones fit no standards of others. Evenlla wants rich, mighty, male warriors, but have found themselves nomadic, female ones. With the prophesied last hope shattered and Evenlla in shambles, will you muster up all the strength to send the evil back to hell or will you join the hunt and let everything burn?

Fiery's War- Wild Horse Rpg « Result #3 on Nov 29, 2008, 1:16am »
Tired of Rpgs where you just play. Theres no real plot no atmosphere? Well thats not here. In Fierys war you can choose to be a Dark evil Fiery, a free kind independent, A Neutral who roams all lands, or a Ransom who is under the control of the Fierys. Whichever way you choose you are sure to have fun. The whole game revolves around the plot.
Plot
Once long ago the land was at peace. The vile things that happen these days would have seen foreign and unlikely to them. They would have laughed and said "that could never happen." Well it did. Like i said the land was at peace until one day a foal named fiery was born. Yes, he was born a leader, he was born cruel and michevous. As he grew older he ganged together masses of followers from all the lands, he encouraged his ways to them. Taught them his cruelty and they all followed even named themselves the Fierys. The other horses were tired of the trouble they were causing. Forcebreeding, killing, fighting, and stealing lands. They started to rebel. They formed clans to fight back, they soon called themselves the independents. The land was bloodshed dangerous. You could hardly go anywhere without being questioned and asked what side you were on. Some horses got tired of taking sides they would say they were an independent when faced with a independent and a fiery when faced with a fiery. These horses soon became the Neutrals. But back to the story, as the war went on the fierys were noticably taking a swift victory. The independents grew weary and decided to back down and take a piece of land to themselves. They promised to leave the Fierys be, Some fierys were not satisfied though while the independents were retreating from the land they captured many and torchured them and broke them down. These horses soon became known as the Ransoms. The land seemed calm after the storm, well sort of. The Fierys were still up to no good, but their actions were usually ignored as the fear of another possible war. Everything resided to how it is today. Only one question now, What side will you be?
Hello there literate roleplayers. Are you tired of bland Light vs. Dark plots, equine RPGs that all seem the same, and plots that don't affect your character?
Well we've got a surprise for you. At The Secret it's not just about good and evil. In fact, good and evil don't have a lot to do with things. No matter whose side you're on, you can be as nice or as cruel as you see fit. But if you live in the north you'd better be tough if you want to stay alive. Here's a summary of what kinds of characters you can make:
Southern equines: The Resistance. You like freedom and would rather be left to your own devices. Conquering is not really your thing, you just want to be left alone to start a herd. Weakland equines: The Captives. You keep your head down and hope you don't get beaten up too often. You dream of escaping to the south, but know you'll be killed for trying. Mostly mares live here, though there is a small number of stallions. They usually get beaten down the most so they can't rebel. Northern equines: Tartarus's Legions. You work for the mastermind, Tartarus, the one who blew the news about the object of power out into the open. You answer to his captain Atlas, and you spend your time fighting, bullying mares in the Weaklands, and training colts for the army. If you have any spare time you can gather a small herd. Haven of Hesperides: The Secret Keepers. You know not hate nor greed, and you live within the walls of the Haven. You may leave to explore, but other equines seem so different to you. You live in peace and philosophy, seeking knowledge and enlightenment. But you know what is brewing, and the battle will come to your doorstep even though they cannot break down the door.

What's going on... ?
There was peace once, though by now it is but a distant memory in the minds of those old enough to remember. There was order and cohesion, and nothing to fear. The Keepers of Hesperides stayed within their walled Haven, and none disrupted their peace. There was always a rumor that an object of unspeakable power lay hidden within those great walls, but in time the rumor grew dull with age. But now a young stallion, maddened with greed, is gathering all the information he can about this mysterious object of celestial power. Flanked by the powerful drafts of the northern lands, he is murdering and taking prisoners left and right. There is only a handful of southern herds that stand against him, led by the mysterious Theseus. If they are vanquished, the Keepers will be on their own. Chaos and uncertainty abound. How much longer can the forces of reason hold off this madman?
The board is set, the pieces are in play. Whose side will you join?
1. If you have something to advertise, post a link in your name. I don't mind one or two advertisements, but if it gets to be a hassle, believe me, you'll know.
2. Impersonating? Sounds like fun, doesn't it? Well guess what? Do it, and you'll die. IP addresses are a wonderful tool for discerning who's who.
3. Arguments will result in those involved having their heads chopped off, mounted on a stake, doused in kerosene, lit on fire, and thrown off a very tall cliff. And then I'll remove the C-Box.
